Future Package Credit
If you need to cancel your booking, you can opt for a full travel credit equal to the amount of your original purchase. This credit can be used towards any future travel arrangements or services with us, offering you the flexibility to rebook at your convenience.
- Credit Duration: The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
- No Fees: There are no fees for choosing the Future Package Credit option.
- Notice Period: The date of cancellation must be made 4 days or more before the first package travel date.
Refund Upgrade
For a more straightforward approach, you have the option to upgrade to a full refund. This means you can receive the total amount paid for your package, taxes, and fees back to your original method of payment, providing complete peace of mind.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation request.
- Upgrade Fee: A nominal fee is applied for the refund upgrade. This fee is non-refundable.
- Notice Period: The date of cancellation must be made 4 days or more before the first package travel date.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, log in to your Go Port account. Then, navigate to “My Packages”, click “Request Cancellation” on the order you would like to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have not yet signed up for a Go Port account, you can register here.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The cancellation options apply to bookings made through Go Port and are subject to the terms of your original purchase agreement.
- Notice Period: The date of cancellation must be made 4 days or more before the first package travel date to be eligible for a credit or refund. Packages canceled 3 days or less before the first package travel date are not eligible for a credit or refund and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or received via email by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time at least 4 days before travel.
- Non-Transferrable: Packages and Package credits are non-transferrable.
