If needed, allows you to cancel a Go Port package that has already been booked if it’s 4 days or more before the first package travel date. First, visit https://www.goport.com/ and Sign In to the Travel Agent Portal using the email address you registered. On the Dashboard, click “Customer Packages” on the top row.
Within the Customer Packages tab, use the search bar at the top to find a package based on the customer name or order number. Click the Request Cancellation link on the package.
