Does Black Car Service Include Flight Monitoring?
Yes! When you book Go Port’s Black Car Service, we track your flight in real time based on the flight information you provide at checkout. That means if your flight is delayed, your driver and dispatch team will be updated and ready to adjust accordingly.
What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?
If your flight arrives later than scheduled, here’s how it works:
- Your assigned driver and dispatch team will be notified of the new arrival time.
- Your Black Car driver will adjust their schedule to meet you once your flight lands.
- There’s no need to contact us unless your flight number changes or the delay exceeds several hours.
Will I Still Be Picked Up?
Yes — as long as we receive updated flight tracking information, your Black Car driver will still pick you up at MCO, even if your flight is delayed. There is no penalty or rescheduling fee for flight delays within reason.
If the delay is significantly extended, we may need to reassign your driver — but rest assured, our dispatch team will keep you informed and coordinate a solution.
What Should I Do If My Flight Details Change?
If your flight number or airline changes, or if you’re switched to a completely different flight, please contact us as soon as possible at info@goport.com so we can update your reservation and ensure accurate tracking.
How Is This Different from Shared Shuttle Service?
Unlike our shared shuttle transportation, which operates on fixed schedules and may not accommodate major delays, Black Car Service is tailored to your flight. It’s a private ride designed for maximum flexibility — just one of the many benefits of upgrading.
