If you need to cancel a package and it is 4 days or more before your first travel date, sign into your Go Port account. Click on 'Account' in the top-right corner, then select 'Orders' and 'My Packages.' Once you locate the package you wish to cancel, click 'Request Cancellation' to begin the process.
In the event your package falls under our Future Package Credit Program, you will receive store credit that is valid for 12 months and can be applied to any future Go Port Packages. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be applied to any future Go Port purchase. When you are ready to reserve your new travel dates, you will be able to apply your store credit at checkout on our website.
